What you will do

• Win new business and drive revenue for hirify.global by managing the full sales cycle from outbound to launch.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
• Spearhead market expansion by identifying new customer segments and use cases.
• Inform product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs.
• Continuously refine the sales methodology through playbooks, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience prospecting and closing startup leads with a consultative sales approach.
• Experience with complex sales cycles, selling to technical stakeholders, and negotiating customized commercial agreements.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to all customer levels, from ICs to C-level executives.
• Passion for emerging technologies like AI and ensuring their safe and responsible development.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
