What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global Payroll and HR products and services.
• Take responsibility for the entire customer journey, growing them into long-term partners with a focus on payroll services.
• Own client retention & expansion within payroll product and services.
• Gather customer feedback regularly and share it with relevant teams, focusing on payroll product and customer experience enhancements.
• Educate and train customers on key payroll information and processes.
• Monitor account & customer health, preventing churn, and managing escalations related to payroll issues.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in CSM or account management roles within the international Payroll/HR tech space.
• Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software and tools.
• Experience overseeing cross-department programs and managing stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven track record of onboarding, growing, retaining, and developing customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and demonstration skills.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to independently drive complex HR/Payroll projects forward.
