TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Driving customer value and reducing churn risk for a large portfolio of mostly Corporate and Enterprise customers with an accent on leveraging technology, data insights, and strategic frameworks. Focus on managing renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing a position as a domain and platform expert.

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume customer portfolio using a scalable, technology-driven approach.
  • Monitor Customer Health Metrics to identify, qualify, and efficiently mitigate risk.
  • Manage and successfully close renewals, as well as growth opportunities.
  • Support the adoption of hirify.global features and expand the footprint with customers.
  • Run customer webinars and CSM office hours sessions to drive growth and product adoption.
  • Establish a position as a domain and platform expert through delivery of engagements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create value-driven assets and programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (SaaS customer success, consulting, account management or sales).
  • Agile, task-focused and able to manage time-based assignments to close.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience quickly building customer relationships.
  • Ability to adopt continuous improvement and actively contribute to team processes.
  • Proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment.
