Senior Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Driving customer success, solution adoption, and strategic growth within the Pro Suite product group with an accent on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring their strategic business objectives are supported. Focus on demonstrating how leveraging hirify.global’s products will drive toward those objectives, monitoring customer satisfaction and proactively identifying challenges.

Location: Remote, must be based in North America

Salary: $70,000 to $137,000

What you will do

  • Be the primary point of management contact for assigned customers, managing support provided by assigned team members.
  • Understand customer’s desired strategy and KPI’s for partnering with hirify.global.
  • Lead initiatives to maintain and manage customer expectations and satisfaction, including escalation management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction/health to proactively identify challenges and develop mitigation plans.
  • Uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities while involving other cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in customer success related role, interfacing and working directly with clients.
  • Ability to create succinct, audience relevant, and objective-oriented written documentation.
  • Analytical and critical thinking with strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, including work planning, prioritization, and organization.
  • Must be detail-oriented, an active listener, and able to collaborate and work autonomously.

Nice to have

  • Insurance designations or certifications.
  • Project management and/or scrum certification.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira.
