TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Sport E-commerce): Achieving sales and profitability targets for a portfolio of strategic accounts with an accent on international market performance and business plan implementation. Focus on building strong internal and external relationships, proactive market analysis, and optimizing business solutions for key brands.

Location: Hybrid, based in Saint-Denis, France (minimum 3 days onsite)

What you will do

  • Be an ambassador for hirify.global's value proposition and products.
  • Prepare and sell medium and long-term strategic plans.
  • Implement strategic plans in collaboration with various hirify.global teams.
  • Develop brand catalog knowledge and adapt business formats.
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and define actions based on KPIs.
  • Prospect key brands to initiate new business across hirify.global services.

Requirements

  • Degree in business or marketing.
  • At least 6 years' experience in key account management.
  • Experience in international projects.
  • Strong prospecting, sales negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to understand financial issues (P&L, depreciation), manage budgets, and analyze commercial KPIs.
  • Fluent English required.

Nice to have

  • Sector-specific knowledge (sport).
  • German language skills are a plus.
