What you will do
- Reach out to hosts via phone to pre-qualify their needs and evaluate their interest.
- Create trust and interest around hirify.global's offering.
- Use provided scripts to tailor your message based on the customer type.
- Reach monthly targets of scheduled meetings.
- Maintain accurate and structured notes in our CRM to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Collaborate closely with your Team Lead, receive daily feedback.
Requirements
- Fluent French (native or near-native) and professional English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivation to achieve goals and overcome objections.
- A structured work ethic and strong self-organization.
- Curiosity and openness.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
