TL;DR

Commercial Development Manager (Fintech): Driving pipeline generation and commercial development across France & Switzerland, supporting deal execution in coordination with legal entities with an accent on managing a territory, ensuring timely responses to client requests while meeting or exceeding annual pipeline generation and territory growth targets. Focus on gathering insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy, supporting commercial discussions including pricing and commercial terms, and coordinate contract negotiation and execution.

Location: Hybrid in Geneva, requires travel as needed

What you will do

  • Manage a territory, ensuring timely and thorough responses to client requests while meeting or exceeding annual pipeline generation and territory growth targets.
  • Serve as a commercial partner for the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, demand planning, reporting, and key metrics.
  • Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy.
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate notes and updates, collaborating with the sales team to maintain achievable forecasts.
  • Support cross-functional teams and share expertise to drive organizational success.
  • Represent hirify.global externally with professionalism and credibility.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account Executive/Sales roles
  • Experience working for technology/data vendors/in financial markets
  • 3 years experience in a commercial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English & French

Nice to have

  • Experience in the maritime space
  • Experience in the commodities space
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator
  • Experience in the financials space beneficial
  • Knowledge of commodities markets and trends.
