What you will do
- Understand customer needs and how core financial features function globally.
- Leverage feedback loops and trends to extract data-driven, actionable insights that inform product marketing strategy.
- Create and own the product marketing strategy across channels.
- Design impactful, data-driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast, prioritise, and deliver creative projects.
- Lead the development and execution of effective launch strategies.
- Craft value propositions, formulate clear messaging, and orchestrate launches across marketing channels and geographies.
Requirements
- Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth tech company.
- Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in fintech or the payments industry.
- Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns.
- Proven ability to generate highly original ideas and set the standard for creative excellence.
- Solid track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations.
- English: B2 required with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
