• Manage products through hirify.global's Product Lifecycle Management framework.
• Drive commercial outcomes through data-driven decision making.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into product decisions.
• Monitor and maintain product compliance with regulations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Apply generative AI in product development.

Requirements

• Good experience in product management or related roles, ideally in data, analytics, or regulated environments.
• Able to break down complex problems and solve them systematically.
• Comfortable working with analysts and defining metrics for success.
• Experience using and applying generative AI.
• Inquisitive mindset and passion for building great customer experiences.
