What you will do

• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major releases.
• Enable sales teams through training on product value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Create and manage high-impact marketing assets (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, videos).
• Partner with product strategy, product teams, and sales to translate technical features into customer-focused business benefits.
• Support major hirify.global events and conferences by creating product-related presentations and content.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a relevant role within the technology, financial, or wealth management sector (e.g., product marketing or product management).
• Well-developed understanding of the banking and wealth management segment, including key players, financial products, and services.
• Proficiency in developing high-quality sales collateral, with advanced skills in MS PowerPoint.
• Solid project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, including developments in AI.
