What you will do

• Partner with Product teams to shape strategy, define target audiences, and sharpen product positioning.
• Own end-to-end go-to-market planning for new product launches.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Design, Growth, Compliance, and regional teams.
• Build clear launch frameworks and repeatable PMM playbooks.
• Track performance and optimize post-launch metrics like adoption and activation.
• Coach and mentor PMMs in the team, sharing best practices and raising overall PMM craft.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Marketing (or closely related role), ideally in fintech or a regulated environment.
• Proven track record owning multiple launches and leading GTM from discovery through execution and optimization.
• Strong positioning, messaging, and narrative-building skills to make complex products easy to understand.
• Experience working closely with Product and Design teams, with confidence influencing without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating in regulated contexts and balancing speed with compliance constraints.
• Either deep expertise in crypto OR a strong generalist mindset across trading/investments/banking, with crypto interest required.
