What you will do

  • Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for the Payment Gateway aligned with business goals and merchant requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and identify growth opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Engage with stakeholders (merchants, internal teams, top management) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with development, UX/UI, analytics, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Monitor key payment platform metrics, analyze user feedback, and translate identified issues into concrete product improvements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the payment product with other components of the company’s ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of the payment solutions ecosystem: payment orchestration, PSPs, acquiring, payment schemes, and anti-fraud systems.
  • Experience with merchant back-office systems, including transaction management, new payment method integration, analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong skills in managing complex B2B products, with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams, as well as external partners.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level for communication with international partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, KYC/AML, PSD2, Open Banking, and other payment industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database querying skills for independent data analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental methodologies.
