TL;DR

People Operations Specialist (HR, AI): Taking ownership of day-to-day HR administration and people operations tasks with an accent on process improvement, data integrity, and compliance. Focus on supporting recruitment activities, proactive candidate sourcing, and leveraging AI to enhance People Operations and talent acquisition processes.

Location: Remote (Poland)

Salary: 7 700–11 000 PLN (B2B contract) or 6 400–9 200 PLN gross (Contract of Employment) per month.

What you will do

  • Coordinate HR administration with internal stakeholders to clarify processes and gather data.
  • Maintain HR system data integrity by performing regular audits and ensuring accurate employee files.
  • Support payroll-related workflows by preparing and verifying data inputs for external partners.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying administrative bottlenecks and updating the Employee Handbook.
  • Take ownership of selected hiring activities and proactively source candidates using various tools and channels.
  • Support hiring managers and recruiters with talent pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in People / HR-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment or hiring support (including sourcing).
  • Interest in proactive sourcing with a proactive mindset focused on learning and testing approaches.
  • High level of ownership and independence to drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Polish & English at min C1 level.

  • Hands-on experience & strong interest in using AI and modern tools to improve People Operations and recruitment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Strong can-do attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Interview with HR Manager, Recruitment Lead & HRBP (up to 1 hour).
