TL;DR

People Operations Specialist: Ensures smooth and compliant People Ops delivery across the employee lifecycle and strengthens employee engagement at Flo. Focus on AI-driven workflow improvements, employee support, and maintaining data integrity in HR systems.

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week spent in the office.

Salary: €2,600 per month (negotiable based on experience).

What you will do

  • Act as a primary People Operations contact for employee lifecycle support, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll inputs.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation and handle employee lifecycle updates in Hibob, SODRA and BSS.
  • Manage employee queries and learning requests via JIRA, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
  • Maintain and optimize people data integrity in HiBob and other systems, providing analytics and reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze, simplify, and automate workflows using AI and other tools to reduce manual touchpoints and improve reliability.
  • Organize engagement initiatives and events that strengthen belonging and connection across Flo.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of working experience with high operational ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a service mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and keep multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset and continuous learning orientation.
  • Practical comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.
  • Fluent English, Lithuanian A2+.

Nice to have

  • Degree in economics/statistics/employment law or related field.
  • Strong reporting/dashboarding skills.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working in a tech or high-growth international company.
  • Proficiency with systems and data tools.
