TL;DR

People Operations Specialist: Ensuring smooth and compliant employee lifecycle processes across Flo, acting as a subject matter expert in Lithuania with an accent on operational support, employee experience, and systems management. Focus on maintaining data integrity, facilitating work permits, and automating workflows using AI.

Location: Hybrid model based in Lithuania, with 3 days per week spent in the office.

Salary: 2,600–3,200 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and policy adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with Lithuanian employment legislation and global policies, collaborating with Legal and HR BPs.
  • Maintain employee data integrity in HRIS (HiBob), provide analytics, and manage local payroll systems (SODRA, BSS).
  • Facilitate work permit prolongations and new job permits for expat employees in Lithuania.
  • Automate workflows using AI and other tech tools, and manage employee queries via JIRA.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in People Operations or HR Shared Services/HR Generalist.
  • Working knowledge of Lithuanian legislation and employment law.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob), dashboards, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and operational excellence focus.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Economics/Statistics/Employment law degree.
  • Experience in a tech or high-growth international company supporting multicultural and remote teams.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with people analytics tools.
