What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice on recruitment planning.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation and sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines with a focus on diverse and critical skills.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on requisition progress and champion inclusive hiring decisions.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs, ensuring compliance with global TA processes.
• Lead or contribute to HR and TA-related projects, including employer branding and process optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international recruitment, ideally within tech, engineering, or related specialist domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and evidence-based assessment methods.
• High proficiency in sourcing techniques and use of social/professional platforms.
• Strong project management and data literacy skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity in a global, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
• Global or cross-cultural recruitment exposure.
