What you will do
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice on recruitment planning.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation and sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines with a focus on diverse and critical skills.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on requisition progress and champion inclusive hiring decisions.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs, ensuring compliance with global TA processes.
- Lead or contribute to HR and TA-related projects, including employer branding and process optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international recruitment, ideally within tech, engineering, or related specialist domains.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and evidence-based assessment methods.
- High proficiency in sourcing techniques and use of social/professional platforms.
- Strong project management and data literacy skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity in a global, matrixed environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
- Global or cross-cultural recruitment exposure.
