TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech & Product): Leading end-to-end technical and product hiring, building recruitment foundations for the UK expansion, and partnering with senior leadership to define role requirements. Location: On-site in London, UK. Requires 5 days a week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and selected commercial roles, from intake to offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring success.
  • Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both quality and speed.
  • Own key hiring processes in Berlin while supporting global expansion efforts.
  • Build teams central to hirify.global’s expansion plans and future revenue growth.
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across markets.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the TA team.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting in scaling startups or high-growth companies.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership as a first hire in a new market.
  • Track record of successful full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Confidence building partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders.
  • English: Strong communication skills required.
  • A data-informed mindset using insights to improve performance and guide decisions.
