Senior AdTech Partner & Yield Manager (AdTech): Drives and maximizes ’s advertising revenue through strategic inventory management and advanced pricing optimization, while safeguarding advertiser quality standards and delivering an exceptional user experience. Focus on optimizing demand paths, reducing auction inefficiencies, and managing relationships with programmatic partners and SSPs.
Location: Barcelona based. Hybrid model with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.

What you will do
- Develop and execute yield strategies across direct sales, programmatic, and network demand channels.
- Set and optimize floor prices, waterfalls, and auction configurations to maximize revenue per impression.
- Analyze inventory performance, identify revenue opportunities, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Forecast advertising revenue, manage pacing against targets, and report on performance trends.
- Manage relationships with key programmatic buyers, agencies, and demand partners.
- Collaborate with product team on ad placement strategy, user experience impact, and inventory roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Programmatic, AdOps, or AdTech on the publisher side (ideally within a marketplace or large international media group).
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including vendors, technologies, industry trends, and current challenges.
- Hands-on experience in yield management and programmatic revenue optimization, SSP management, and technical AdTech troubleshooting.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience managing A/B tests, revenue forecasting, pricing optimization, and working with analytics tools such as Looker and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable working in a global, international environment.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (required); Spanish is a plus
