What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel UA strategies, including paid search, social, display, influencers, and referral programs.
• Manage advertising campaigns for maximum ROI, including budget, bid, and targeting optimization.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, and LTV using attribution tools.
• Run continuous A/B tests on channels, creatives, and messaging to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align acquisition strategies with product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Proficiency with ad platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adjust, and Amplitude.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
