TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (German/French): Driving business and expanding the adoption of the hirify.global platform for commercial segments with an accent on proactive customer outreach, pipeline generation, and opportunity qualification. Focus on leveraging AI tools for strategic prospecting, understanding complex customer needs, and partnering with sales teams to refine messaging.

Location: Hybrid (Prague), requiring 3 days in-office per week as part of the co-location strategy.

What you will do

  • Proactively call assigned existing customers and new prospective clients to generate pipeline and incremental business.
  • Deeply understand customer/prospect needs to spot opportunities and expand hirify.global within existing accounts.
  • Research trends, competitors, and workflows to tailor outreach and add real value.
  • Find new contacts and decision-makers inside accounts through smart networking and research.
  • Personalize outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to demonstrate how hirify.global solves challenges.
  • Qualify opportunities and connect interested prospects with the appropriate Account/Executive Manager.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (German or French required).
  • 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS preferred).
  • Bring grit, curiosity, coachability, strong communication, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and expanding business through them.
  • Experience with solution selling and outbound sales calling.
  • Experience filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials and promptly following up.
  • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/Zoom.
