What you will do

• Optimise and oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development and support services for key customers.
• Act as the primary IT interface for the customer, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Coordinate a matrix-managed team, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA professionals.
• Ensure work is accurately scoped, prioritised, scheduled, and delivered to plan.
• Drive progress across multiple demanding workstreams and provide regular reporting.
• Maintain service stability while supporting the transition to Agile ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in overseeing the delivery of software development and support services.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage expectations and navigate challenging conversations.
• Experience coordinating a matrix-managed team, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA professionals.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
