What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of products by using and helping improve the design system.
• Lead or participate in user testing sessions and usability studies.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Experience with hypothesis generation, experimentation, and A/B tests.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Research).
• Experience working with data, business KPIs, and success metrics.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Some experience writing HTML and CSS to communicate with developers.
• Experience designing for AI products.
