What you will do
- Design and implement AI-native CLM solutions focusing on progressive onboarding and setup-free experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Research, and Data teams on high-impact CLM features.
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand SMB contract management behaviors and translate insights into design.
- Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes for AI-powered and conversational interfaces.
- Partner with product management to develop and test hypotheses using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Advocate for design best practices, usability, and accessibility across CLM touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with demonstrated experience designing complex B2B SaaS workflows or document management systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thought process, and ability to simplify complexity, particularly around data-heavy or AI-powered features.
- Capable of driving vision and change in emerging product areas with ambiguous requirements.
- Skilled at designing setup-free and progressively disclosed experiences that reduce cognitive load.
- Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma, with strong interaction design and systems thinking skills.
- Excellent English communication (minimum C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across time zones.
