TL;DR

Senior Experience Designer (Product Design): Deeply understanding practices and their patients, developing empathy for their day-to-day challenges, and crafting digital interfaces and service workflows that simplify the inherent complexity of value-based care. With an accent on designing workflows to enable clinical decision support and patient care for clinicians, and streamlining patient outreach and administrative tasks for support staff. Focus on building thoughtful technology that fits within existing environments and workflows, and ensuring product and service design considers the needs of all stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Practice Adoption to identify user problems and shape solutions.
  • Visualize key concepts and patterns using storyboards and user journey maps to drive strong cross-functional alignment.
  • Deliver user flows, low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity design comps, and build specifications for digital workflows.
  • Support engineering delivery with design documentation, rationale, and conversations that ensures intent is translated to the end user experience.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Experience Design & Research practice, playbook, and knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product and interaction design.
  • Fluency in usability best practices and their application to unique design challenges.
  • Fluency and skill with a variety of design related tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • A portfolio showing deep expertise in multiple facets of experience design (interaction, visual, content).
  • Experience designing and prototyping end-to-end digital experiences with cross-functional teams in iterative environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing complex analytic, decision support, and workflow applications.
  • Experience designing and integrating AI capabilities into product experiences.
  • Experience working in complex health care product and service contexts (e.g., population health, clinical decision support, direct patient care).
