What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of our market, industry, users, and product vision.
• Own the entire design delivery process with Product Managers, from discovery to launch.
• Identify problems, proactively suggest improvements, and help shape the product roadmap.
• Drive consistency, simplicity, and ease of use to ensure overall product quality.
• Create world-class design experiences and shape the future of Product Design, including AI.
• Work hands-on, move fast, and learn quickly across multiple opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English & French.
• Strong pragmatism and good taste for software.
• Solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams.

Nice to have

• Ability to easily process and synthesize information.
• Experience in Sales tech.
• Background in Sales, Operations, or Product Management.
