What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the market, industry, users, company, and product vision.
• Uncover real problems and opportunities, and shape the product roadmap.
• Own the delivery process from discovery to launch, ensuring user impact.
• Drive consistency, simplicity, and ease of use to ensure overall product quality.
• Create world-class design experiences and shape the future of Product Design, including AI.
• Work autonomously and proactively, evolving the role based on value creation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design; scale-up experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English & French.
• Solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms and strong business acumen.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams.
• Humility, curiosity, passion, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in Sales tech.
• High tech literacy.
• Background in Sales, Operations, or Product Management.
