Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the sales technology market, users, company, and product vision.
• Uncover user problems and opportunities through discovery and direct user engagement.
• Own the delivery process with Product Managers from discovery through launch.
• Identify improvements, influence the roadmap, and ensure product consistency, simplicity, and ease of use.
• Create AI-enabled product design experiences and work across multiple squad opportunities.
• Ship solutions that create measurable value for users and support company revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design; scale-up experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong communication, business acumen, pragmatism, and software product judgment.
• Solid knowledge of SaaS markets and mechanisms, with high technical literacy.
• Ability to process and synthesize information, inspire and lead teams, and work with autonomy.
• Curiosity, humility, passion, a growth mindset, and a strong bias for action.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales technology.
• Background in Sales, Operations, or Product Management.
