TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Shaping and evolving a SaaS platform for auto repair shops, leading experience strategy and taking end-to-end design ownership. Focus on building user experiences, defining product requirements, creating prototypes for user testing, and championing cohesion in UX design.

Location: Remote, US-based. Travel is an expected part of every role for team and company-wide offsites several times a year.

What you will do

Build end-to-end user experiences.
Aid in discovery phases and define product requirements.
Create designs, prototypes, and artifacts for user testing.
Guide the design team and assist in onboarding new members.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business partners.
Manage a design system with the front-end engineering team.

Requirements

7+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with recent experience in enterprise SaaS.
A portfolio of work showcasing process and finished designs is required.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams including product managers, engineers, QA, and business leadership.
Proficiency in Figma, building components, maintaining design systems, and prototyping.
Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and responsive web application development philosophies.
Experience with Storybook and documenting component guidelines.
