Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Shaping and evolving a SaaS platform for auto repair shops, leading experience strategy and taking end-to-end design ownership. Location: Remote, US-based. Travel is an expected part of every role for team and company-wide offsites several times a year.

What you will do

• Build end-to-end user experiences.
• Aid in discovery phases and define product requirements.
• Create designs, prototypes, and artifacts for user testing.
• Guide the design team and assist in onboarding new members.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business partners.
• Manage a design system with the front-end engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with recent experience in enterprise SaaS.
• A portfolio of work showcasing process and finished designs is required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams including product managers, engineers, QA, and business leadership.
• Proficiency in Figma, building components, maintaining design systems, and prototyping.
• Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and responsive web application development philosophies.
• Experience with Storybook and documenting component guidelines.
