What you will do

• Synthesize and formulate guidance from various information levels and sources, presenting key takeaways to the field and senior leadership.
• Provide in-depth and evolving analysis of the AI for Security market relative to hirify.global solutions and capabilities.
• Provide tailored deal support (competitive surgeries & guidance) and develop rapport with the field.
• Collaborate with the Competitive Intelligence team, CTO office, sales, product, and marketing for AI for Security competition, including developing support material and readiness plans.
• Make recommendations on sales tactics and product strategy to enable hirify.global to win in the market.
• Conduct win/loss analysis using quantitative and qualitative data to determine why hirify.global wins and loses against competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity market with a heavy emphasis on AI/Machine Learning application (threat intelligence, behavioral analysis, automated response).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with data science platforms, machine learning toolkits (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and data pipeline architectures.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience (ideal candidates will have experience in at least two of: sales engineer/pre-sales, competitive intelligence, solution architect, product management, technical marketing, product marketing).
• Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts related to AI/ML into field-actionable guidance and executive summaries.
• Superior communication skills, including experience presenting to senior & executive level management.
• Excellent people and project management skills to manage projects and interact/build rapport with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, or specialized cybersecurity fields.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI in a security context.
• Direct experience with customers (as a customer, or in a customer support or field role) selling or supporting AI-powered security products.
