Location: Hybrid in Burnaby, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver (Canada), Dublin (Ireland), or Sydney (Australia). Expectation to be in the office a minimum of twice per week on Anchor Days.

Salary: $99,600–$134,600 CAD

What you will do

• Develop real-time procurement dashboards and KPIs, leveraging data to identify opportunities for automation and cost optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline procurement workflows and enhance user experience.
• Implement and optimize procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Workday, Oracle) and manage system integrations.
• Design and manage procurement governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance standards.
• Partner with leadership on annual planning, departmental OKRs, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and direction to project teams and analysts, fostering cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or program management within tech, SaaS, or high-growth corporate environments.
• Must have experience working with large data sets and creating reports and dashboards for all staff levels, including C-suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide process improvements, governance frameworks, and technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems, data analytics, and supplier management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills; experience with ERP or P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Workday, Oracle).
• English: B2+ required.

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification).
