What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of the healthcare market, buyer/user needs, and clinical workflows.
• Evaluate hirify.global and competitive offerings to identify differentiation and gaps.
• Proactively identify and address market knowledge gaps through research.
• Partner with Product Managers to inform roadmap decisions and differentiation strategy.
• Create and maintain well-organized documentation of market overviews and research summaries.
• Contribute to executive-facing summaries on market landscape and product strategy implications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in market insights, product research, or competitive analysis within healthcare or health technology.
• Deep practical understanding of clinical workflows across specialties and EHR environments.
• Experience partnering with Product Management to influence roadmap and prioritization.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, including user interviews and workflow analysis.
• Ability to evaluate software products through a real-world workflow impact lens.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, strategic insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior and executive audiences.
• Fluency in Notion and interest in applying generative AI tools to research workflows.
