What you will do
- Define and own hirify.global’s people analytics strategy, aligning it with company priorities and executive decision-making.
- Lead the development of AI-driven people analytics experiences, including AI agents for insights and actions.
- Connect people data and AI insights to business outcomes such as productivity, attrition risk, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with data and analytics engineering to leverage hirify.global’s platform for scalable people datasets and AI agents.
- Set and enforce strong governance, privacy, and security standards for sensitive people data and AI outputs.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing people analytics team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
- 10+ years of experience in people analytics, enterprise analytics, data science, or strategy roles.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including hiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience building or partnering on AI-powered analytics products in enterprise settings.
- Strong SQL skills and experience integrating HR data into enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with governed AI development, including privacy, explainability, and security considerations.
