Compensation Range: $232,000–$304,500

What you will do

• Define and own hirify.global’s people analytics strategy, aligning it with company priorities and executive decision-making.
• Lead the development of AI-driven people analytics experiences, including AI agents for insights and actions.
• Connect people data and AI insights to business outcomes such as productivity, attrition risk, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with data and analytics engineering to leverage hirify.global’s platform for scalable people datasets and AI agents.
• Set and enforce strong governance, privacy, and security standards for sensitive people data and AI outputs.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing people analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
• 10+ years of experience in people analytics, enterprise analytics, data science, or strategy roles.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including hiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience building or partnering on AI-powered analytics products in enterprise settings.
• Strong SQL skills and experience integrating HR data into enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with governed AI development, including privacy, explainability, and security considerations.
