What you will do

• Research and benchmark companies, products, and markets for competitive intelligence and go-to-market analyses.
• Develop and maintain proprietary intelligence assets, collaborating with research and data teams on market frameworks.
• Lead work-streams and contribute to client-facing strategy, growth, and intelligence engagements.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, preparing reports and presentations with strategic recommendations.
• Manage smaller client projects independently and support larger multi-stakeholder projects.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients using hirify.global’s Link platform, providing demonstrations and adoption support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 2+ years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, business intelligence, market research, or corporate strategy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets for data-driven presentations and analyses.
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research, analysis, and content generation.
• Demonstrated ability to design, refine, and operationalize advanced prompts, including prompt chaining and AI agents.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and events as needed.
