What you will do

• Own and maintain the DACH content roadmap, aligned with regional marketing priorities and commercial goals.
• Act as the tone-of-voice guardian for DACH, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Create high-quality customer advocacy content, emails, nurture flows, landing page copy, social posts, and ad copy.
• Manage and brief freelancers and partners for long-form assets and multimedia content.
• Review, edit, and provide feedback on freelance-produced content to ensure quality, regional resonance, and brand alignment.
• Monitor and report on content and SEO performance, collaborating on SEO + LLM/search initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a content-focused marketing role with hands-on writing.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and professional English proficiency.
• Strong ability to create content that supports commercial outcomes.
• Excellent editorial judgment, including structure, clarity, tone-of-voice, and audience empathy.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (search intent, on-page best practices, content briefs).
