What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of community management and shape the brand's tone of voice on social media.
• Craft compelling captions and handle replies to drive follower engagement across social channels.
• Manage a network of freelancers for community interactions.
• Lead strategy and execution across community-driven platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, and Broadcast Channels.
• Nurture discussions and create meaningful touchpoints to position the brand authentically.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to convert followers into brand advocates.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in the social media industry, with in-depth knowledge of community building and engagement strategies.
• Experience with platforms such as Reddit and LinkedIn.
• Fluent English with strong writing skills, expertise in tone-of-voice management and brand storytelling.
• Solid understanding of online culture, fandoms, and social media behavior.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate team player.
