What you will do

• Monitor and manage daily interactions across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community questions with a brand-consistent tone.
• Identify community trends, feedback, and sentiment shifts, escalating relevant insights.
• Collaborate with Social and Client Service teams to ensure a high-quality community experience.
• Support content scheduling, platform updates, and performance tracking.
• Participate in community activations, Q&A sessions, and live formats.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years experience in community management or social operations.
• Strong communication and writing skills in German and English.
• Deep understanding of platform cultures and community dynamics.
• Reliable, proactive, and confident in managing large, active communities.
• Comfortable working in structured workflows and cross-functional teams.
