What you will do

• Manage and continuously optimize content for hirify.global’s key landing pages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and conversion focus.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO team to implement best practices for organic performance and visibility.
• Support localization of content into multiple languages, ensuring tone, clarity, and compliance with local nuances.
• Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality content at scale.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and customer needs across different markets.
• Support the development of new content initiatives and contribute to the refinement of content processes across teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in content editing, content management, or digital marketing with a proven track record of managing high-impact web content.
• Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of content performance metrics and familiarity with SEO principles.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong editorial and writing skills.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Jira.

Nice to have

• Additional knowledge of German.
• Experience in managing localization workflows and collaborating with translators, agencies, and freelancers.
