TL;DR

Renewal Specialist (SaaS): Managing end-to-end contract renewals, driving customer retention, and identifying expansion opportunities for hirify.global's AI workspace with an accent on commercial negotiation, risk mitigation, and optimizing renewal strategies to balance customer needs with revenue targets. Focus on proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, assessing customer health, and enhancing renewal playbooks within a quarterly target-driven environment.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the full renewal process, including customer outreach, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Develop renewal strategies that align customer requirements with internal pricing guardrails and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Sales to drive retention and secure on-time renewals.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, pricing adjustments, seat right-sizing, contract length, and packaging.
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory with accurate close dates and risk flags.
  • Proactively identify expansion signals and generate upsell, add-on, and cross-sell opportunities based on product usage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, renewals, or customer success, ideally within SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing the full renewal cycle, including customer engagement, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage objections.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, with familiarity in forecasting and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Gainsight).
  • Work authorization: Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.
  • Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
