Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Australia. Work from home 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day management of hirify.global’s Australia-focused social media channels.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with Australian events and market needs.
• Create engaging visuals and short-form content using creative tools, including AI.
• Help kickstart and grow hirify.global’s Australian entrepreneur community.
• Support local marketing experiments and identify relevant partnerships and event opportunities.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics and analyze content performance to continuously improve approach.

Requirements

• Exposure to the Australian market (working with Australian customers or brands, active in Australian startup/creator/small business communities, or strong understanding of local culture, trends, and tone of voice).
• Love for social media, enjoyment of creating content, and natural talent for storytelling.
