• Build and nurture a loyal local community both online and offline.

• Identify and execute partnerships with universities, Web3 communities, finance/investment groups, and lifestyle/culture spaces.
• Track key metrics such as event attendance, community growth, and cost per acquisition.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in events, community, or brand marketing.
• Experience in the Australia market is a must.
• Background in crypto, fintech, or startup environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of Australian culture and audience behavior.
• Ability to operate in a highly regulated, sensitive environment.
