What you will do
- Create compelling content across digital channels, including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, using performance data and market trends.
- Lead the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring assets align with channel best practices.
- Drive A/B testing and creative iteration to optimize performance.
- Monitor ad performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in copywriting or similar roles, in-house experience is a bonus.
- Passionate about creative trends and data-driven marketing.
- Proactive and driven to optimize creative work.
- Proven track record in performance creative and UGC.
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills; video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Capcut) is a plus.
