What you will do

  • Execute programmatic and mobile media buys across various platforms for performance and high-impact activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop audience frameworks, strategies, and creative testing plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize mobile app campaigns based on success metrics across the marketing funnel.
  • Own and manage the mobile tech stack, including tools like AppsFlyer and AdMob.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, media vendors, and agencies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the programmatic industry, specifically in trading or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital media within the ad tech industry, including ad serving and management technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Sydney.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
  • Professional level of English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of mobile performance platforms such as Liftoff, AdAction, or Ironsource.
  • Experience with DSP platforms like TTD, Amazon, DV360, or Xandr.
  • Understanding of ad serving and MMP tools like CM360, Firebase, or AdForm.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with CDPs and DMPs.
