What you will do

• Establish strategic processes and frameworks for collaboration across Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead the team to achieve Account Growth Quotas (Renewal + Expansion) and ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Create engagement processes, playbooks, workflows, and training programs.
• Provide structured insights on customer and market trends, and shape policies for renewal governance, pricing, and compliance.
• Engage directly with customer C-Suite executives and advise executive leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading successful Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success Teams.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with a focus on renewals and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
