TL;DR

Sr. Director, Renewals & Customer Success (Enterprise): Driving retention and growth across the Americas enterprise portfolio for EMEA and APJ regions with an accent on strategic coordination, operational excellence, and organizational influence. Focus on achieving renewal and new business targets, strengthening Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and cultivating a high-performance team.

What you will do

  • Establish processes and frameworks for collaboration across Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of renewal strategies.
  • Create engagement processes, playbooks, workflows, and training programs to enable collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Lead the team to achieve Account Growth Quotas, encompassing Renewal and Expansion targets.
  • Collaborate with sales counterparts, owning forecasting accuracy for the pipeline and bookings.
  • Provide structured insights and communicate customer and market trends within the Enterprise segment.
  • Engage directly with customer C-Suite executives and shape policies for renewal governance, pricing strategies, and compliance.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience leading successful Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success Teams.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with a focus on renewals and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
