Salary: $144,100 - $203,400 USD annually depending on location

What you will do

• Define and drive multi-year product vision for AI agents in hirify.global Management workflows aligned with company strategy.
• Own end-to-end hirify.globals Management product area, balancing workflow reimagination and technical modernization.
• Partner with ML, design, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable agentic-native AI features.
• Translate customer pain points into clear product requirements and deliver zero-to-one AI automation features.
• Collaborate with finance, hirify.globaling, marketing, and sales to define monetization strategies for AI features.
• Define success metrics and use data to validate and iterate on product experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Draper, UT or San Jose, CA offices in the United States
• Experience in product management with AI-driven or fintech products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Ability to define product vision, strategy, and KPIs in ambiguous problem spaces.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).
