Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Fintech, Web3): Defining and leading hirify.global’s lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels to optimize the user journey from onboarding to retention and reactivation with an accent on designing and executing data-driven push notification, email, and in-app messaging campaigns. Focus on building and executing complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue and user engagement, reduce churn, and collaborate with Data Science and Product to unlock growth opportunities.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 (with equity and benefits)

What you will do

  • Define and lead hirify.global’s end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across push, email, and in-app channels.
  • Own lifecycle marketing key metrics, results, and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue, user engagement, and retention.
  • Drive the lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product.
  • Partner with Product teams to develop holistic lifecycle strategies for new and existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with Brand Design and Product Marketing on thoughtful, branded content for lifecycle channels.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy to execution.
  • Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign-building tools.
  • Proven understanding of driving lifecycle marketing results in a B2C setting, with experience in crypto and FinTech a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of experimentation principles.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels.
