What you will do

• Guide a global premium consumer goods organization through a critical ERP transformation.
• Manage the people-side of change by collaborating with stakeholders on change strategy, planning, and implementation.
• Define the change methods and tools mix for human-centric, effective, and efficient change management.
• Periodically review the effectiveness of change management measures and take necessary actions.
• Ensure a high-impact and human-centric change management strategy is maintained.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Management.
• Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, communication, HR, or process management.
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Experience with various change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Demonstrated transformative leadership capabilities, inspiring and guiding others through change.
• Strong coaching and advisory skills to support stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in agile ways of working and adaptive approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution abilities.
• Fluent in English (C1 required).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
