What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operational execution of assigned services projects.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and delivery.
• Track and report on project KPIs, ensuring adherence to financial targets and delivery objectives.
• Drive incremental growth opportunities through change requests and upselling within projects.
• Apply hirify.global's Project Management Methodology for operational excellence and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of recent experience managing large projects/programs in mobile telecommunication (4G/5G, Cloud, Systems Integration).
• Takes accountability for assigned projects and works independently.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• European Union citizenship is required due to travel and security requirements.
• Knowledge in managing budget, financial performance, and forecasts of a project.
• Ability to influence others and work on multiple topics simultaneously.

• PMI’s Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) or other Project Management Certificates.
