What you will do

• Manage all aspects of large-scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring completion on time, with quality, and within budget.
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for projects, monitoring progress and performance.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays and impact on project timelines.
• Facilitate the analysis of project requirements, cost estimates, resources, and time needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing conflicts and negotiations to resolution.
• Monitor and track project budgets, looking for opportunities to increase revenue and optimize delivery costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and/or work experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Detailed understanding of project management methodologies.
• Sufficient industry knowledge to manage projects and adapt deliverables.
• English: minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
• Polish: minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
• Able to work from office at least 2 days per week in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
