Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900-1100PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Coordinating, planning, and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications.
• Planning and coordinating release and deployment activities, including multiple parallel releases.
• Planning release go-live and post–go-live activities.
• Planning, coordinating, and tracking change activities throughout the release process.
• Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for release milestones.
• Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating automation capabilities and DevOps ways of working into release orchestration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management and planning.
• Previous experience in release or deployment management activities, preferably within the banking sector.
• Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes and tools under the ITIL framework.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Highly proficient spoken and written English.

• Experience with release and deployment automation activities.
