What you will do

• Lead software development projects from kick-off to post-production, defining success criteria.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, managing communication, risks, and progress.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, resources, and dependencies for fixed price and T&M projects.
• Facilitate UAT/production deployments, manage releases, and present requirements to the team.
• Participate in presales activities, eliciting high-level scope and preparing deliverables.
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams, and implement organizational best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management overseeing large multimillion-dollar software projects.
• Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions with at least five successful commercial projects.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support.
• Experience managing and organizing several work streams with different priorities.
• Solid written and verbal English skills.
