Process Manager

Location: Hybrid model in Lublin, Kraków, or Katowice, Poland.

What you will do

• Drive actions for correct and timely implementation of changes.
• Ensure change implementation risk is understood and mitigated.
• Manage Request for Change (RFC) entries and organize Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Monitor, communicate, and ensure appropriate prioritization of changes.
• Ensure all impacted parties are informed throughout the change lifecycle.
• Provide guidance for globally consistent operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Infrastructure and operational management.
• At least 12 months experience in a change management capacity in IT.
• Clear commitment to Service Management Framework.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certificate would be an advantage.
• Experience using a Change Management system.
• Fluent English (both verbal and written).
• Fluent French (both verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in Release Management duties, including managing release processes and schedules.
• Experience in process improvement and transition of new services into operational support.
