Salary: $117,000 - $169,000 (annual, based on US region)

What you will do
- Create and maintain a roadmap for projects and operations, utilizing agile planning, and managing vendor communication.
- Coordinate and triage requests, communicate updates, and facilitate roadmap presentations with stakeholders.
- Implement and lead new agile delivery practices, such as sprints and retrospectives, to ensure continuous progress.
- Develop and adjust resource plans based on project needs and operational demands, using capacity management techniques.
- Continuously improve processes and leverage feedback to enhance team practices and efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT-team specific project management experience, preferably in fast-growth environments.
- Demonstrated strong executional leadership and experience providing mentorship in agile best practices.
- Proven ability to balance project and operational work within a technology or IT-focused team.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and hands-on project management using agile principles.
- Skilled in work management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating prioritization discussions and influencing decisions without direct ownership.
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally supporting healthcare or government contracts, with understanding of compliance.
- Ability to lead remote teams effectively, with occasional travel for strategic planning.
