TL;DR

Global Account Manager (Sales): Leading the central work tasks for the appointed partner and driving activities and sales through the channel with an accent on implementing Axis programs at the local, regional, and global levels. Focus on developing and executing strategic account plans, ensuring smooth execution and delivery, and strengthening partner relationships across different teams.

Location: Remote (USA - FL)

Salary: $135,000 to $150,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive growth with multi-regional partners by implementing Axis programs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with business area and head region leaders to align account activities and revenue goals.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and global escalation point for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and follow-up for accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally with other Axis teams to strengthen partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a sales-driven role.
  • Solid understanding of technical products, solutions, and services (hardware & software).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Expected travel time for this position is 70%.
